Roy Nascimento

A 25+ year chamber veteran, he previously led chambers in New Bedford, Attleboro and served as vice president at the Metro South Chamber.

He serves on the boards of Fringe Benefits Inc., ACCE's subsidiary administering affinity programs, and the ACCE Foundation. He is a member of the U.S. Chamber's Committee of 100 (CCC100). Within New England, Nascimento served as board president of MACCE (2014-2015) and NEACCE (2010-2011), and co-chaired the Massachusetts Council of Chambers (2011-2013).

His leadership earned him the New England Chamber Executive of the Year Award in 2012. Under his direction, the North Central Massachusetts Chamber received National Chamber of the Year honors in 2023 and 5-star U.S. Chamber accreditation.

Nascimento is a Certified Chamber Executive (CCE) and Institute for Organization Management (IOM) graduate. He holds degrees from UMass Dartmouth and Suffolk University.
