In this engaging session, Dan will share how chambers of commerce can leverage social media and artificial intelligence to enhance member engagement, visibility and impact. Attendees will gain practical insights on using emerging tools and platforms to tell their chamber’s story, attract new members, and stay relevant in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
About Dan Esdale: Dan Esdale is a marketing strategist and former Marketing Director at the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. He served as Chair of the Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors (2025) and leads marketing and communications for mission-driven organizations across the region.

Chamber Exchange is a valuable one-hour session focused on asking questions, sharing ideas, and learning what other chambers are doing, while gaining insight and feedback from your peers on your own
challenges and initiatives.
