              Event Description:
              Join us at our next Speaker Series meeting on Friday, January 10, as we hear from Megan Driscoll.
               
              She is the co-sponsor of, An Act Relative to Wage Transparency (H.3963), which is an amendment to the existing Massachusetts pay equity law of 2018, and that focuses on making pay equity legislation work better for businesses. 
               
              Megan is the founder and former CEO of PharmaLogics, one of the largest recruitment firms in the country, winning awards for its fast growth, culture, and commitment to gender equality. In 2017, Megan sold the company to a private equity partner, and named her successor as CEO in July of this year. She is also the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce 2018 CEO of the Year. Although Megan remains on the Board of PharmaLogics, she is now devoting the majority of her time as an advocate and philanthropist.
