MAMD Quarterly Meeting - 09/10/2018

MACCE members are invited to send a representative to the September MAMD Quarterly meeting. Registration is required (walk-ins will be charged $20 at the door).
Lunch will be plated, and everyone will have a choice of the following:
- Roast Stuffed Pork with bratwurst stuffing with garlic rosemary sauce
- Broiled Haddock with lemon, butter and breadcrumbs
- Ziguener Schnitzel sautéed with bell peppers, onions and our signature pan gravy
- Wiener Schnitzel, tender pork loin lightly breaded and pan sautéed to a golden finish
- Jäger Schnitzel served with our famous mushroom sauce
- Rahm Schnitzel served with a creamy white sauce
- Paprika Schnitzel (hot and spicy) with iced onions, bacon, and celery sautéed with a demi-glace and heavy cream
- Schnitzel Berliner served with sautéed onions and grilled apple slices in a demi-glace
- Chicken Forestiere, grilled chicken served with our famous mushroom sauce
- Chicken “Francaise” sautéed in lemon, white wine and egg batter
- The Famous Sauerbraten marinated braised beef
- Wiener Roastbraten, NY Strip Sirloin steak topped with crispy fried onions and pan gravy
- Nurnberger Bratwurst
- Veggie Pasta with fresh seasonal vegetables, portabella mushrooms, cheese and marinara sauce
