MACCE offers chamber professionals support on a number of levels but guide our activities based on the following criteria: 

• Advance professional growth of chamber  professionals. 

• Strengthen the voice of business in Massachusetts by encouraging the adoption of a legislative agenda  that has a postiive impact on business.

• Provide communication links between MACCE, our members and the chamber industry.

• Create products, services, and information to assist members.

• Encourage and maintain strategic alliances with affinity organizations to better serve our constituents.

As an active member of MACCE, you also have the opportunity to engage your membership and marketing staff in programming through the Massachusetts Association of Membership Development (MAMD).  MAMD offers meetings and programs targeting the most important asset of each chamber -- its membership.  This group provides support, ideas and resources to better serve your membership.   Consistent topics include: retention, programming and events; and non-dues revenue.  This committee is a must for any chamber staff person charged with the sales, marketing and membership services responsibilities of their chamber.  To get involved today, contact MACCE president Tom O'Rourke at tom@nvcc.com.
